Company: Hank Max StudioClient: a startup company providing aquarium light products

Overview

This app was created for a startup company that produces aquarium lights. The startup's lights are designed to cater to the specific light requirements of different types of aquatic plants. With the app, users can adjust the light spectrum and intensity at various times throughout the day and simulate natural sunrise and sunset. Initially, the light settings were configured through PC software. However, to accommodate the growing number of using smartphones, the light-setting function has been optimized for mobile devices, enabling users to effortlessly connect to the product via their smartphones and control the aquarium light through the app.

From PC Software to Mobile App

The main task is to simplify the interface from PC version to mobile app.In the past, the PC version of the light control interface displayed all the adjustment functions on one screen, allowing users to see everything at a glance. However, the screen size of a smartphone is much smaller than a computer, and too much information can cause difficulties for users. Therefore, the light-setting interface needs to be redesigned to cater to smartphones.
